An Ordinance providing for the transfer of insurance proceeds to the Township Treasurer in the event that Real Property suffers a loss due to a fire and the property is subject to delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and user charges or in the event that costs have been incurred by the township to remove, repair or secure a building or other structure on the property and providing for penalties for violation and setting forth procedures and requirements pertaining to such insurance proceeds and tot he implementation of said legislation in the township.
Ordinance No. 170 - Prohibiting Trucks on Blue Church Road South between Beverly Hills Road and Mill Road
Ordinance No. 170 prohibits trucks on Blue Church Road South between Beverly Hills Road and Mill Road. The Ordinance was adopted at the Monday, February 8, 2021 Board of Supervisors meeting. In accordance with state law, the Ordinance goes into effect on February 13 or 5 days after passage.
Ordinance No. 68 - Sky Lanterns
Ordinance No. 168 prohibits the release of Sky Lanterns in the Township. This Ordinance was adopted at the Monday, September 28, 2020 Board of Supervisors meeting and will go into effect on October 3rd, 2020.

Ordinance 145 is a comprehensive amendment of the Upper Saucon Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO), titled “Upper Saucon Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of 2011”; it replaces the existing SALDO, which dates to 1975.
