Notice is hereby provided pursuant to Section 1601 and Article XXV of the Second Class Township Code that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township intends to consider for adoption at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, August 27, 2018, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building, located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania, an Ordinance establishing sanitary sewer connection fees, customer facilities fees, tapping fees and regulations relating to the same. The Ordinance number is 42-S.
