Notice is hereby provided pursuant to Section 1601 and Article XXIV of the Second Class Township Code that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township intends to consider for adoption at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, August 27, 2018, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building, located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania, an Ordinance providing for the construction, reconstruction and repair of sidewalks, footpaths and curbs to be paid for by abutting landowners and for enforcement of the same. The Ordinance is numbered 165.
