Notice is hereby given that a special public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Wednesday February 28, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:
APPEAL NO. 2023-22 – Roger Rockhill and Julie Jukes/(Owners/Applicants), 5831 Vera Cruz Road, Center Valley, PA 18034. The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel 640444704115 1 also known as 5831 Vera Cruz Road, Center Valley, PA 18034, is 55.59 acres in size and is located in the Agricultural Preservation (AG) Zone. The applicants are appealing the September 7, 2023 Zoning Officer determination identifying five (5) violations of the conditions of approval and seeking modifications to the conditions of the Special Exception approval granted by the ZHB on March 2, 2021 in ZHB Appeal 2020-12.
APPEAL NO. 2023-23 – Pitt-Ohio (Owner/Applicant), 15 27th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 641488191461 1, also known as 4723 PA Route 309, Center Valley, PA 18034, is 18.17 acres in size and located in the Industrial (I) and Commercial (C) Zones. The applicant requests a Special Exception to make an alteration to an existing non-conforming use; relocation of an existing fuel island associated with an existing truck and motor freight use to a different location on the site.
