Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday June 1, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:
APPEAL NO. 2020-06 –ANR V, LLC (Owner/Applicant) 4500 Falmer Drive, Bethlehem, PA 18020. The requested relief is for the property identified as Tax Map Parcel 641551184529-3 also known as 3790 West Drive, Center Valley, PA 18034, located in the Enterprise (E) Zone. The applicant requests a variance from Section 322.D (Table 4) as amended by Ordinance 141-A to permit 120 sq. ft. of signage where only 100 sq. ft. is permitted. The applicant requests a favorable interpretation of Section 322.D (Table 4) as amended by Ordinance 141-A that each use on a lot is permitted a wall sign and a freestanding sign on a retaining wall. In the alternative, the applicant requests additional variances from Section 322.D (Table 4) as amended by Ordinance 141-A to permit two (2) wall signs on the building and two (2) freestanding signs on a retaining wall.
