Notice is hereby provided pursuant to Section 1601 and Article XXIII of the Second Class Township Code that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2018, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Upper Saucon Township municipal building, located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of taking public comment, input and testimony concerning the adoption of Ordinance 163 which vacates a portion of Short Road (TR 836) located to the south of Passer Road (SR 2028).
