Board of Supervisors Meeting: Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on the 22nd day of February, 2022, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Upper Saucon Township municipal building, located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania, to take public comment and input concerning the following:

Kay Lehigh, LLC Application for Conditional Use Approval – The application of Kay Lehigh, LLC (“Applicant”) proposes the construction of 3 truck terminals, as that use is defined in the Zoning Ordinance, and related site improvements on an approximate 119-acre tract located along the east side of PA Route 309, north of East Hopewell Road. The site is located in the Township’s Industrial and Commercial Zoning Districts and is comprised of 5 parcels with Lehigh County parcel identification numbers as follows: 641570334543-1, 641469756846-1, 641479112072-1, 641479326044-1 and 641479308843-1. The Applicant requests Conditional Use approval pursuant to Sections 484 and 905 of the Upper Saucon Township Zoning Ordinance of 2009, as amended.

The Board of Supervisors will render a decision on the Applicant’s request for Conditional Use approval at the hearing or within 45 days thereof pursuant to Section 913.2 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.

Copies of application documents may be examined or obtained at the Upper Saucon Township municipal building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
