Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday January 8, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:
APPEAL NO. 2023-20 – Glenn & Brooke Konsky (Property Owners/Applicants), 3147 Troon Drive, Center Valley, PA 18034. The property identified as Tax map Parcel No. 642510168669 1, also known as 3147 Troon Drive is 0.42 acres in size and located in the Multi-Family Residential (R-3) Zone. The applicants seek an interpretation that a portion of a project using on-site storm stormwater management facilities should not be included in the maximum impervious coverage calculation. The applicant also requests a variance from Section 213.I to permit construction of a deck and in-ground swimming pool with 36% impervious coverage or 32.6% if the portion using on-site stormwater management is determined to be exempt, where a maximum impervious coverage of 30% is permitted.
