Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday December 4, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:
APPEAL NO. 2023-19 – James & Marina James (Owners/Applicants), 4820 Lexington Court, Center Valley, PA 18034. The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 641590155549 1 1 also known as 4820 Lexington Court, Center Valley, PA 18034, is .53 acres in size and located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The applicants request a variance from Section 212.H (as amended by Ordinance 141-K) to construct an egress well with a 13’ side yard setback where a minimum side yard setback of 15’ is required.
APPEAL NO. 2023-20 – Center Valley Lodging LLC/Janet Johnson (Property Owner/ Applicant), 5215 Geissinger Road, Zionsville, PA 18092. The properties identified as Tax map Parcel No. 642424840803 1 & 642424750112 1, also known as 6034 Main Street and * Main Street, Center Valley, PA 18034, are a combined 0.95 acres in size and located in the Multi-Family Residential (R-3) Zone. The applicant seeks Special Exception approval as authorized in Section 703.A & 704 to alter an existing non-conforming use by changing the use from 12 room rentals and a restaurant to 3 apartments and 8 room rentals or change/replace the existing non-conforming use with a different non-conforming use.
