PennDOT has approved a road closure for work being done for TOA Locust Valley. On Monday July 25, 2022, B. Blair Corporation will begin construction activity on Locust Valley Road between the intersections of Blue Church Rd and Gun Club Rd. They will be installing a new water main along with asphalt improvements over the course of 5 weeks.
During construction, the road will be closed from 7am to 5pm and all traffic will follow the approved detour. During non-working hours the road will be open to all traffic.
Allowable thru traffic that will always have complete access to the work area is limited to: First Responders, Homeowners that live within the work area and School Buses.
