The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 642443590681 1 also known as 6362 New Street, Center Valley, PA 18034, is .19 acres in size and is located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The applicant seeks a variance from Section 703.C to extend an existing non-conforming side yard setback more than the maximum permitted extension of 50%; maximum extension of 14’ permitted with extension of 35’ proposed.
APPEAL NO. 2022-06: – Locust Hills LLV (Owner/Applicant), 60 W. Broad Street – Suite 201, Bethlehem, PA 18018. The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 641542333136 1 also known as 3850 West Drive, Center Valley, PA 18034, is 2.36 acres in size and is located in the Enterprise (E) Zone. The applicant seeks variances from Section 314.V to permit construction of a 51,640 sq. ft. office building that provides 128 off-street parking spaces where 258 off-street parking spaces are required and to reduce the parking requirement for Physicians/Medical Offices to 4 spaces per practitioner where 8 spaces per practitioner are required.
