Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on May 3, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:
APPEAL NO. 2021-3: Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network (Owner/Applicant), 850 S. 5th Street, Allentown, PA 18104. The property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 641594077314 1 and 3200 Center Valley Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034, is 45.26 acres in size and is located within the Enterprise (E) Zone. The Applicant requests variances from the requirements in Sections 231.F, 231.N and 313.D to permit placement of an oxygen tank area within the required 100’ front yard setback and to permit placement of dumpsters and loading spaces within a yard determined by the Zoning Officer to represent a front yard.
