A Planning Commission Meeting regarding the proposed Estates at Saucon Valley residential project located along Taylor Drive and Flint Hill Road will be held on July 7th, 2020. The applicant is pursuing development of the site utilizing the Township’s Conservation Design Subdivision provisions and has submitted a Preliminary/Final plan in accordance with the requirements of the Township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
Due to the anticipated attendance, this Planning Commission meeting will be held at the Southern Lehigh Middle School auditorium located at 3715 Preston Lane. The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. Attendees will be expected to adhere to CDC guidelines related to mask wearing and social distancing. After a review of the proposal, the Commission may make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding action on the plan.
