On June 18th, the Township was officially notified by the attorney for Tree Course Adventures that they are withdrawing their zoning appeal (No. 2020-02) and the property at 5831 Vera Cruz Road is no longer being considered for a proposed ropes course. Accordingly, the regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board originally scheduled for Monday, July 6th at 7:00 pm at the Southern Lehigh Middle School has been cancelled as the ropes course zoning appeal has been withdrawn and is no longer under consideration.
