The property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 640447704115 1 and 5831 Vera Cruz Road, Center Valley, PA 18034, is 55.59 acres in size and is located within the South Mountain Conservation (SMC) Zone. The Applicant requests variances from Sections 200.B and 516 of the 2009 Upper Saucon Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the establishment of an Adventure/Ropes Course, a use not permitted in the SMC Zone and to allow minor removal of trees to accommodate the proposed use.
