Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday January 13, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:
APPEAL NO. 2019-14 Richard and Sharon Camden (Applicants/Owners), 4165 Thompsondale Road, Coopersburg, PA 18036. The property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 642422152636 1 and 4165 Thompsondale Road, Coopersburg, PA 18036, is .56 acres in size and is located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The Applicant requests a variance from Section 512.C.2 to permit disturbance associated with installation of a yard drain within three feet (3’) of a wetland where a fifty foot (50’) setback from the identified wetland is required for filling, grading, clearing, water diversion and/or development.
