Public Notice – Zoning Hearing Board

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday February 4, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:

APPEAL NO. 2018-13 – Calvin Pham (Owner/Applicant), 4466 Cumorah Avenue, Coopersburg, PA 18036. The property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 642404948256 1, also known as 4466 Cumorah Avenue, Center Valley, PA 18034, is 0.69 acres in size and is located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The Applicant is appealing Zoning Enforcement Notice 2018-28, issued on December 4, 2018, alleging placement of a shed without a determination of compliance with yard and area requirements of the R-2 Zone, without issuance of a Zoning Permit and in violation of the Township Stormwater Management Ordinance.

APPEAL NO. 2019-1 – Kenneth & Catherine Peoples (Owners/Applicants), 6037 Vera Cruz, Center Valley, PA 18034. The property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 640445573332 1, also known as 6037 Vera Cruz Road, Center Valley, PA 18034, is 2.01 acres in size and is located in the South Mountain Conservation (SMC) Zone. The Applicant requests a variance from Section 200.E. to permit construction of a residential addition and a future shed, increasing the existing impervious coverage from 7.6% to 8.6% where a maximum of 5.0% impervious coverage is permitted.
