Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday May 6, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:
APPEAL NO. 2024-01 – Michael and Christine Perrucci/(Owners/Applicants), 2351 Washington Lane, Center Valley, PA 18034. The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel 642561741996 1, also known as 2851 Washington Lane, Bethlehem, PA 18015, is 1.33 acres in size and located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The applicants are requesting a variance from Section 212.H (as amended by Ordinance 141-K) to maintain a non-compliant impervious coverage of 35%, where a maximum of 30% is permitted in the R-2 Zone.
