Zoning Hearing Board

Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday March 7, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:

APPEAL NO. 2021-15 (Continued from February 7, 2022): Mary Ann Mattiola (Applicant), 2786 Flint Hill Road, Coopersburg, PA 18036.

APPEAL NO. 2022-02: – Sean & Karen Klutinoty (Owners/Applicants), 4889 Aberdene Street, Center Valley, PA 18034. The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 641466264190 1 also known as 4889 Aberdene Street, Center Valley, PA 18034, is .29 acres in size and is located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The applicant is appealing the January 6, 2022 determination of the Zoning Officer by requesting a variance from Section 212.H (as amended by Ordinance 141-K) to construct a patio with roof that would result in an impervious lot coverage of approximately 36% where a maximum of 30% is permitted.
