Public Notice: Special Board of Supervisors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, commencing at 6:30 PM, in the auditorium at the Southern Lehigh Middle School, 3715 Preston Lane, Center Valley, PA 18034. The public is invited to attend.

The purpose of the meeting will be to provide information and background, and to accept public input, concerning the advertisement of a proposed amendment to the Upper Saucon Township Zoning Ordinance, Section 484, relating to Truck or Motor Freight Terminals. Upon receipt of such information, the Board of Supervisors will determine whether to advertise the amendment for a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
