The Planning and Zoning Committee of the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors will meet on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the following:
–Proposal by Kay Builders for a 160 unit age qualified community at the southeast corner of Landis Mill Road and Old Bethlehem Pike.
–Applicability of impervious cover requirements to swimming pools.
