Parks/Recreation and Open Space Committee of the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors

The Parks/Recreation and Open Space Committee of the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 6:00 PM in the Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the following:
Sketch plan submission filed by Tumblebrook Golf Campus, LLC, for the proposed Tumblebrook Golf Campus to be developed / constructed on lands commonly known as:
a. Tumblebrook Golf Course (3584 Jacoby Rd., Coopersburg, PA 18036, PIN 642490709028 1, 71.1 acres +/-),
b. Haring Property (7486 Passer Rd., Coopersburg, PA 18036, PIN 643401249637 1, 73.6 acres +/-),
c. Te Property (Jacoby Rd., Coopersburg, PA 18036, PIN 642490776642 1, 8.0 acres +/-), and
d. Talago Property (3571 Jacoby Rd., Coopersburg, PA 18036, PIN 642490243871 1, 8.25 acres +/-).
Following the public meeting and presentation, the Committee may convene an executive session to discuss real estate issues.
