Roads Laborer / Equipment Operator

Upper Saucon Twp. seeks F/T Equipment Operator (or Trainee) in Roads Dept. Responsibilities include being part of a crew engaged in tasks related to the operation and maintenance of roads and associated infrastructure. Position requires physical dexterity, ability to do heavy lifting, ability to adjust to changing conditions, high school diploma (or GED) and relevant experience if an operator in public works, or construction-related fields. Occasional on-call and snow removal work required as over-time. Valid PA driver’s license required, Class A CDL (or will train), and heavy equipment operating skills preferred. This CBA-covered position offers a starting pay rate of $24.19 – $30.63 and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a defined benefit pension plan.
