The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel 642549647018 1, also known as 4204 Stonebridge Drive, Bethlehem, PA 18015, is .34 acres in size and located in the OSR/AQC Overlay Zones. The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 214.C.4 to construct a 475 sq ft un-roofed deck with a rear yard setback of 6’ where a minimum of 15’ is required.

The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel 642548332482 1, also known as 4331 Stonebridge Drive, Bethlehem, PA 18015, is .14 acres in size and located in the OSR/AQC Overlay Zones. The applicant is requesting variances from Section 214.C.4 to construct a 389 sq ft patio with a rear yard setback of 9.5’ (15’ required) and an impervious coverage of 54.5% (maximum of 50% permitted).
