Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:
APPEAL NO. 2014-08 - John & Karen Ambrose (owners/applicants), 6495 Eichler Circle, Coopersburg, PA 18036. The property identified as Tax Map Parcel 642421003969 1, also known as 6495 Eichler Circle, Coopersburg, PA 18036, is approximately 0.52 acres in size and is located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The applicant seeks a variance from Section 212.H (as amended by Ordinance 141-A) of the 2009 Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a residential addition with insufficient side yard setback (10' provided and 15' crequired).
APPEAL NO. 2014-09 - Lorri A. Tomko (Applicant & Property Owner), 4136 Yorktown Road, Coopersburg, PA 18036. The properties identified as Tax Map Parcel Nos. 641478253654 1 and 641478162745 1, also known as 4750 & 4782 PA Route 309, Center Valley, PA 18034, are combined approximately 0.89 acres in size and are located in the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zone. The Applicant requests variances from Section 212.B-D to establish a Medical Office which is not a permitted use and Section 212.H (as amended by Ordinance 141-A) to create a new lot that does not meet the required minimum lot size (0.89 acres provided and 1.00 acre required), does not meet the required impervious lot coverage (58% proposed and maximum of 30% required) and does not meet the required front yard setback from Route 309 for a building addition and parking lot (0' provided and 50' required).
