APPEAL NO. 2008-08 - The appeal of Michael Roseman & Katie Williams (Property Owners) 6713 Blue Church Road South, Coopersburg, PA 18036. The property identified as Lehigh County PIN 641395584594 1, also known as 6713 Blue Church Road South, Coopersburg, PA, contains approximately 1.50 acres and is located in the R-2 Suburban Residential District. The applicant seeks Special Exception approval as provided for in Section 502.C.3 and Section 2108 to establish a Home Occupation for Automobile Detailing.
