PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:

 APPEAL NO. 2011-12 – Peter & Heidi Ender (Applicants), 3185 Troon Drive, Center Valley, PA 18034.  The property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 642510638981 1 also known as 3185 Troon Drive, Center Valley PA 18034, is approximately .32 acres in size and is located in the Multi-Family Residential (R-3) Zone.  The applicant requests a variance from Section 213.I (as amended by Ordinance 141-A) to permit the construction of a residential swimming pool with a proposed impervious coverage of 40.72% of the lot, where a maximum impervious coverage of 30% of the lot is permitted.
