Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing the following appeal:
APPEAL NO. 2013-05 (CONTINUED FROM September 3, 2013) - Four Stooges, LLC. (Applicant/Owner), 8 Dover Road, Sewell, NJ 08080. The property, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 643522896152 1 and 1355 Station Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18015 (otherwise known as the Spring Valley Inn).
APPEAL NO. 2013-14 - Craig L. Anthony (applicant), 310 E. Fairmount Street, Coopersburg, PA 18036. The property that is the subject of the appeal is identified as Tax Map Parcel 642450227028 1, also known as 7001 Route 309, Coopersburg, PA 18036, is approximately 16.24 acres in size and is located in the Commercial (C) Zone. The applicant is appealing the August 8, 2013 determination of the Zoning Officer that the area and height of the CVS freestanding sign complies with the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board in Appeal 2012-10 and that the sign illumination does not adversely affect any residential zone or property used for residential purposes and therefore does not violate Section 322.C (29) of the Township Zoning Ordinance.
