PUBLIC NOTICE: Zoning Hearing Board Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the regular public meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, is scheduled at the Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:
APPEAL NO. 2015-02 - Glayton & Mariana Reis (Applicants/Owners), 2651 Sean Drive, Whitehall, PA 18052. The property is identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 641441490675 1 and 5270 Sky View Drive, Center Valley, PA 18034. The applicants are requesting a variance from Section 513.G.1-2 to permit disturbance of 57% of the 15-25 % slopes on the lot (maximum of 30% permitted) and to disturb 54% of the 25% and over slopes on the lot (maximum of 15% permitted) for the construction of a new single family dwelling.
APPEAL NO. 2015-03 - Posh Properties (Applicant), 2216 Willow Park Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020 and Saucon Creek Partners LP (Owner), 4647 Saucon Creek Road #200, Center Valley, PA 18034. The property is identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 642515500995 1 and 2615 Saucon Valley Road, Center Valley, PA 18034. The applicants are requesting variances from Section 305 to permit two (2) principal uses (offices and day care) on one (1) lot and Section 423.B to permit an outdoor play area with 5,500 square feet, where 7,150 square feet is required.
APPEAL NO. 2015-04 - Arthur Flexer Illick (Applicant/Owner), 20 Wall Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. The property is identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 642401752954 1 and 4390 Liberty Road, Coopersburg, PA 18036. The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 212.H to permit the width of an existing 16' wide agricultural building to be extended an additional 20' within the required front yard setback (35' provided and 50' required). Section 703.C only permits the width of the non-conforming structure to be increased a maximum of 8'.
