The Upper Saucon Sewage Treatment Authority at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania 18034 will receive sealed bids until 1:00 P.M. on April 27, 2017.

Bid 2017-02: Street Maintenance

Sealed Proposals for the 2017 Street Maintenance Project, will be received online via the PennBid Program until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, April 21, 2017. At 2:00 p.m., the bid tabulations from the PennBid website will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Upper Saucon Township Office, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA 18034.
Final questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2017. A final addendum will be issued by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.

The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services as further described in the bid documents.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier’s check, or other security acceptable, to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law, and may not be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must Bid on all items listed on the Bid Form.

Upper Saucon Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all of Bids and to accept or reject any or all parts of the Bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Upper Saucon Township.
