b. DeSales University - Donahue Hall Recreation Area Land Development - Resolution No. 2010-17
Consideration of a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-17 conditionally approving the Preliminary / Final Land Development Plan of DeSales University to construct a recreation area adjacent to Donahue Hall on the campus of DeSales University.

Consideration of a motion to authorize the release of construction security in the amount of $1,088,600.65 for Phase 2 of the Blue Ridge West Estates Subdivision in accordance with the Township Sewer Engineer's recommendation made by letter dated November 10, 2009.

d. Release of Funds - Sunrise Valley, Phase I - Certification No.5
Consideration of a motion to authorize the release of construction security in the amount of $145,745.78 for Phase I of the Sunrise Valley Subdivision in accordance with the Township Engineer's letter dated November 11, 2009.

e. Release of Funds - Sunrise Valley, Phase II - Certification No.4
Consideration of a motion to authorize the release of construction security in the amount of $77,363.49 for Phase II of the Sunrise Valley Subdivision in accordance with the Township Engineer's letter dated November 11, 2009.

Notice is hereby given that the following public meetings will be held during calendar year 2010 at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA:

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 P.M. on the following dates: January 18, February 1, February 16, March 1, March 15, April 5, April 26, May 3, May 17, June 7, June 21, July 6, July 19, August 2, August 16, September 7, September 20, October 4, October 18, November 1, November 15, December 6 and December 20.

PLANNING COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 6:30 P.M. on the following dates: February 2, March 2, April 6, May 4, June 1, July 7, August 3, September 8, October 5, November 3 and December 7.

ZONING HEARING BOARD - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 8, March 8, April 12, May 10, June 14, July 12, August 9, September 13, October 11, November 8 and December 13.

2010 COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

The following is the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors Committee meeting schedule for 2010:

Planning & Zoning - Regular Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Administration & Finance - Regular Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Emergency Services - Regular Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Public Works &Transportation - Regular Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

Recreation & Culture - Regular Meetings will be held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Open Space/Environmental Advisory Council Liaison - Regular Meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Appointments Review - Will meet on an as-needed basis

All Committee meetings will be held in the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA. Meeting dates and times are subject to change.
