Consideration of a motion to authorize the release of construction security in the amount of $50,088.06 for the Penn's View South (Blue Ridge Chase) Subdivision in accordance with the Township Engineer's recommendation made by letter dated June 18, 2008.

c. Release of Funds - Penn's View South Subdivision (Blue Ridge Chase) - Certification No. S-2

The following is the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors Committee meeting schedule for 2008:

Planning & Zoning – Regular Meetings will be held the fourth Friday of each month at 1:30 p.m.

Administration & Finance – Regular Meetings will be held the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Emergency Services - Regular Meetings will be held the third Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

Public Works &Transportation - Regular Meetings will be held the third Monday of each month at 8:30 a.m.

Recreation & Culture – Regular Meetings will be held the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Open Space/Environmental Advisory Council Liaison – Regular Meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Municipal Authority Liaison – Regular Meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Appointments Review – Will meet on an as-needed basis
