Upper Saucon Township Community Park Fee Schedule
(Effective July 01, 2004)

To reserve the pavilion or use the fields at Upper Saucon Township Community Park, call (610) 282-1171 (ext. 228) or visit us at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Reservations are not guaranteed until the fee is paid. No refunds, unless the pavilion can be rebooked for the same date.

Pavilion Rental (Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays)

Township Residents $ 50.00
Non-Township Residents $100.00**

**If less than 50% of attendees at an event are Upper Saucon Township Residents, the "Non-Resident" fee structure applies.

Field Type Activities (For single use only, in addition to the Pavilion Fee)

Up to 25 people Township Residents $ 25.00
Up to 25 people Non-Township Residents $ 50.00

26 to 100 people Township Residents $ 25.00
26 to 100 people Non-Township Residents $100.00

101 to 150 people Township Residents $ 50.00
101 to 150 people Non-Township Residents $100.00

• Fees for use of fields by Southern Lehigh Community Youth Leagues are based on a $5.00 per nonresident player or $100.00 for the season whichever is greater. This does not include additional events such as camps or tournaments.
  
  
• Fees for use of fields by individual SOLEHI sport teams for practice and/or games is $100.00 per season
  
  
• Fees for use of fields by individual sports teams other than SOLEHI teams for practice and/or games is $100.00 for the season
  
  
• Fee for Sports or Youth Activity Camps sponsored by organizations within the Southern Lehigh School District area is $100.00 per week. This includes the use of the pavilion during weekdays.
  
  
• Fees for Soccer/Baseball Tournaments and/or Championships is $100.00 per field per day
  
  
• A Certificate of Insurance is required for all teams, leagues and organizations reserving the fields.
  
  
• The Township is entitled to ask for a list of attendees including addresses
  
  
• Reservations for the fields & pavilion will be limited to groups of 150 people or less. (Groups larger than 150 may apply, but their application must be approved by the Upper Saucon Township Parks and Recreation Committee before the reservation becomes valid)
  
  
• Fields are available for reservation only when the fields have not been reserved by the leagues
  
  
• Upon proper application and approval to use the field(s) and/or pavilion, the following groups may reserve the park and/or pavilion for community events at no cost:
  -Upper Saucon Township
  -Southern Lehigh Public Library
  -Southern Lehigh School District
  -Southern Lehigh Kiwanis Club
