TOWNSHIP OF UPPER SAUCON
2009 MEETING SCHEDULE

Notice is hereby given that the following public meetings will be held during calendar year 2009 at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA:

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 P.M. on the following dates: January 19, February 2, February 17, March 2, March 16, April 6, April 20, May 4, May 18, June 1, June 15, July 6, July 20, August 3, August 17, September 8, September 21, October 5, October 19, November 2, November 16, December 7 and December 21.

PLANNING COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 6:30 P.M. on the following dates: February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 10 and December 9.

ZONING HEARING BOARD - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 9, March 9, April 13, May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9 and December 14.

PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 18, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18 and December 16.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL - Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17 and December 15.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend public meetings. Rescheduled or special meetings will be advertised in accordance with applicable law. Meeting schedules and agendas are posted at the Township Municipal Building and on the Township web site at www.uppersaucon.org.

2009 COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

The following is the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors Committee meeting schedule for 2009:

Planning & Zoning – Regular Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Administration & Finance – Regular Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Emergency Services - Regular Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Public Works &Transportation - Regular Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

Recreation & Culture – Regular Meetings will be held the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Open Space/Environmental Advisory Council Liaison – Regular Meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Appointments Review – Will meet on an as-needed basis

All Committee meetings will be held in the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA. Meeting dates and times are subject to change.
