2008 MEETING SCHEDULE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Authority and Upper Saucon Sewage Treatment Authority will hold regular meetings during calendar year 2008 at 7:00 p.m., in the Water/Sewer Building located at 4774 Saucon Creek Road, Center Valley, PA on the following dates: February 19, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18 and December 16. Rescheduled or special meetings will be advertised in accordance with applicable law.

Notice is hereby given that the following public meetings will be held during calendar year 2008 at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA:

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 P.M. on the following dates: January 22, February 11, February 26, March 10, March 25, April 14, April 22, May 12, May 27, June 9, June 24, July 14, July 22, August 11, August 26, September 8, September 23, October 13, October 28, November 10, November 25, December 8 and December 23.

PLANNING COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 6:30 P.M. on the following dates: February 5, March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 3, October 7, November 5 and December 2.

ZONING HEARING BOARD - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 25, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17 and December 15.

PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 20, March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19 and December 17.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL - Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 19, March 18, April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18 and December 16.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend public meetings. Rescheduled or special meetings will be advertised in accordance with applicable law. Meeting schedules and agendas are posted at the Township Municipal Building and on the Township web site at www.uppersaucon.org.
