Township Meeting Schedule
The Municipal Authority and the Sewage Treatment Authority hold their meetings in the Water and Sewer Building located at 4776 Saucon Creek Road. All other public meetings are held in the Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road. Meeting times and dates are subject to change. Please call the Township Office at 610-282-1171 ext. 0 to confirm the date, time and location of Township Meetings.

Regular Meeting - 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM

Planning Commission
1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM

APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE:
Submission deadlines are four (4) weeks prior to Planning Commission Meetings. Submission by the deadline date renders application eligible for review by the Planning Commission at its next meeting. However, it does not guarantee placement on the agenda.

2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM or otherwise as advertised

Notice is hereby given that the following public meetings will be held during calendar year 2012 at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA:

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - Regular meetings will be held at 6:30 P.M. on the following dates: January 16, February 6, February 21, March 5, March 19, April 2, April 16, May 7, May 21, June 4, June 18, July 2, July 16, August 6, August 20, September 4, September 17, October 1, October 15, November 5, November 19, December 3 and December 17.

PLANNING COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 6:30 P.M. on the following dates: February 7, March 6, April 3, May 1, June 5, July 3, August 7, September 5, October 2, November 7 and December 4.

ZONING HEARING BOARD - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 13, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 13 and December 10.

PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 2, March 1, April 5, May 3, June 7, July 5, August 2, September 6, October 4, November 1 and December 6.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL - Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 P.M. on the following dates: February 22, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20 and December 18.

UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY and UPPER SAUCON SEWAGE TREATMENT AUTHORITY - Regular meetings during calendar year 2012 at 7:00 p.m., in the Water/Sewer Building located at 4774 Saucon Creek Road, Center Valley, PA on the following dates: February 13, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 13 and December 10. Rescheduled or special meetings will be advertised in accordance with applicable law.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend public meetings. Rescheduled or special meetings will be advertised in accordance with applicable law. Meeting schedules and agendas are posted at the Township Municipal Building and on the Township web site at www.uppersaucon.org.

2011 COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

The following is the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors Committee meeting schedule for 2011:

Planning & Zoning - Regular Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Administration & Finance - Regular Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

Emergency Services - Regular Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 pm.

Public Works & Transportation - Regular Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Recreation & Culture - Regular Meetings will be held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Open Space/Environmental Advisory Council Liaison - Regular Meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Appointments Review - Will meet on an as-needed basis

All Committee meetings will be held in the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Changes to the above meeting schedule will be posted at the entrance to the Township Building. Please call 610-282-1171, ext. 3 for the most up-to-date Committee meeting information.
