Township Meeting Schedule
The Municipal Authority and the Sewage Treatment Authority hold their meetings in the Water and Sewer Building located at 4776 Saucon Creek Road. All other public meetings are held in the Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road. Meeting times and dates are subject to change. Please call the Township Office at 610-282-1171 ext. 0 to confirm the date, time and location of Township Meetings.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
2008 COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

The following is the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors Committee meeting schedule for 2008:

Planning & Zoning – Regular Meetings will be held the fourth Friday of each month at 1:30 p.m.

Administration & Finance – Regular Meetings will be held the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Emergency Services - Regular Meetings will be held the third Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

Public Works &Transportation - Regular Meetings will be held the third Monday of each month at 8:30 a.m.

Recreation & Culture – Regular Meetings will be held the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Open Space/Environmental Advisory Council Liaison – Regular Meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Municipal Authority Liaison – Regular Meetings will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Appointments Review – Will meet on an as-needed basis

The Municipal Authority Liaison Committee will meet in the Water/Sewer Building located at 4774 Saucon Creek Road, Center Valley, PA. All other Committee meetings will be held in the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Changes to the above meeting schedule will be posted at the entrance to the Township Building. Please call 610-282-1171, ext. 3 for the most up-to-date Committee meeting information.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend Committee meetings.
