PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF UPPER SAUCON
2013 MEETING SCHEDULE

Notice is hereby given that the following public meetings will be held during calendar year 2013 at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA:

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - Regular meetings will be held at 6:30 PM on the following dates: February 11, February 25, March 11, March 25, April 8, April 22, May 13, May 28, June 10, June 24, July 8, July 22, August 12, August 26, September 9, September 23, October 14, October 28, November 12, November 25, December 9 and December 23.

PLANNING COMMISSION - Regular meetings will be held at 6:30 PM on the following dates: February 5, March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, July 2, August 6, September 4, October 1, November 6 and December 3.

ZONING HEARING BOARD - Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 PM on the following dates: February 4, March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 3, October 7, November 4 and December 2.

PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION-Regular meetings will be held at 7:00 PM on the following dates: February 7, March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, July 9, August 1, September 5, October 3, November 7 and December 5.

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL - Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 PM on the following dates: February 20, March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19 and December 17.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend public meetings.  Rescheduled or special meetings will be advertised in accordance with applicable law. Meeting schedules and agendas are posted at the Township Municipal Building and on the Township web site at www.uppersaucon.org.

UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY AND
UPPER SAUCON SEWAGE TREATMENT AUTHORITY
2013 MEETING SCHEDULE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Authority and Upper Saucon Sewage Treatment Authority will hold regular meetings during calendar year 2013 at 6:30 PM, in the Water/Sewer Building located at 4774 Saucon Creek Road, Center Valley, PA on the following dates: February 4, March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 3, October 7, November 4 and December 2. Rescheduled or special meetings will be advertised in accordance with applicable law.

Township Meeting Schedule
The Municipal Authority and the Sewage Treatment Authority hold their meetings in the Water and Sewer Building located at 4776 Saucon Creek Road. All other public meetings are held in the Township Municipal Building located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road. Meeting times and dates are subject to change. Please call the Township Office at 610-282-1171 ext. 0 to confirm the date, time and location of Township Meetings.

Board of Supervisors
Regular Meeting - 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 PM

Planning Commission
1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM

APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE:
Submission deadlines are four (4) weeks prior to Planning Commission Meetings. Submission by the deadline date renders application eligible for review by the Planning Commission at its next meeting. However, it does not guarantee placement on the agenda.

1st Monday of each month at 7:00 PM or otherwise as advertised

Committee meetings will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. Notice of Committee meetings will be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Township not less than five (5) days before the date of the meeting. All Committee meetings will be held at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building. Please call 610-282-1171, ext. 3 for the most up-to-date Committee meeting information. Interested parties are encouraged to attend Committee meetings.
