CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairman Wagner called the special meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. in the Public Meeting Room of the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, PA.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Vice Chairman Wagner asked all in attendance to stand and recite the “Pledge of Allegiance”.

PUBLIC COMMENT
None

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board met in executive session to discuss litigation involving McGrath Homes, a personnel matter and the possible purchase of real property by the Township.  Mr. Gutzmirtl participated in the Executive Session via speakerphone.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting.

Motion carried by a vote of 4 to 0.  Mrs. White and Messrs. Wagner, White and Horvath voted in favor of the motion.  Mr. Gutzmirtl did not participate in this vote.
