a. Resolution No. 2010-47 - Adoption of 2011 Township Budget
Consideration of a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-47 approving the 2011 Township Budget.

b. Resolution No. 2010-48 - 2011 Tax Levy
Consideration of a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-48 fixing various tax rates for the year 2011, which will remain unchanged from the year 2010.

c. Resolution No. 2010-49 - 2011 Pay Plan
Consideration of a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-49 establishing the 2011 Pay Plan for all Township employees.

d. Resolution No. 2010-45 - Water Rate Increase
Consideration of a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-45 increasing the quarterly rates charged for water consumption to the customers of the Upper Saucon Township water system.

e. Resolution No. 2010-46 - Schedule of Fees For Permits Issued By Community Development Department
Consideration of a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-46 establishing the comprehensive fee schedule for the building permit process, building code appeals, certificate of occupancy issuance, zoning permits, zoning appeals, stormwater infiltration testing and activities performed in connection with on-lot sewage disposal systems.

a. Request For Payment - Imperial Excavating and Paving, LLC - Certification No. 4
Consideration of a motion to authorize payment in the amount of $48,801.87 to Imperial Excavating and Paving, LLC for water system improvements at Stabler Corporate Center, Jared Drive and Main Street.

b. Request For Payment - Harris Gramm Contractors, Inc. - Certification No. 1
Consideration of a motion to authorize payment in the amount of $57,686.97 to Harris Gramm Contractors, Inc., for work completed on the Saucon Rail Trail.

c. Lease of Township-owned Property at 4865 W. Hopewell Road (Curly Horse Open Space)
Consideration of a motion to approve a lease agreement with Dennis Trexler which would allow for the growing, cultivation and harvesting of crops on Township-owned property at 4865 W. Hopewell Road and to authorize the Township Manager to execute said lease agreement.
