Consideration of a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-35 authorizing the Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Shared Use Path Crossing Agreement with PennDOT.

Consideration of a motion to reject the lone bid received for the crack filling & bituminous seal coating project. (Note: only one bid was received which was $12,000.00 over budgeted amount.)

b. Turn Over Ownership of Retired Police K-9 Dog To Officer Michael Fritts
Consideration of a motion to turn over ownership and control of retired Police K-9 dog (Vito) to Officer Michael Fritts, pursuant to the internal policies and procedures of the Police Department.

c. Designate Recipient of Funds Raised Through Upper Saucon Township Paper Recycling Program
Consideration of a motion to designate the Southern Lehigh Public Library as the recipient of all funds raised by collecting used paper in the Abitibi paper retrieval bins located at the Library and Township Building.
