Consideration of a motion to approve the Waterline Construction and Reimbursement Agreement with Stabler Land Company for the construction of a new waterline to serve the proposed Old Saucon development and to authorize the Township Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Township, subject to any minor modifications deemed appropriate by the Township Solicitor.
