6. STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT RESOLVING LITIGATION BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND HAROLD AND ANN DIETERLY RELATING TO THE BRINLEY COURT SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Consideration of a motion to approve the Stipulation of Settlement between the Township and Harold and Ann Dieterly resolving the litigation relating to the Brinley Court Subdivision and Land Development Plan and authorizing the appropriate Township official to execute the Stipulation of Settlement on behalf of the Township, subject to any minor modifications deemed appropriate by the Township Solicitor.
7. HAROLD AND ANN DIETERLY - APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL - BRINLEY COURT
The application of Harold and Ann Dieterly for the construction of 205 single family attached dwelling units in the form of a townhouse development on 41.34 acres located at 7535 S. Main Street and 7611 S. Main Street. The applicant requests conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 602.B.15, 1702 and 1704.A.1-10 (as amended by Ordinance 79-JJ) of the 1986 Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The subject properties are zoned R-3 Multi-Family Residential District.
