Main Street and 7611 S. Main Street. The applicant requests conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 602.B.15, 1702 and 1704.A.1-10 (as amended by Ordinance 79-JJ) of the 1986 Zoning Ordinance, as amended. The subject properties are zoned R-3 Multi-Family Residential District.
