Upper Saucon Township has employed the use of an emergency notification system to keep residents informed of emergency situations that may arise within the Township. Notification scenarios include water, sewer, weather, and other public safety emergencies.
You do not need to be an Upper Saucon Township Water or Sewer customer to enroll - in fact, we encourage all residents to enroll. Create or update your profile here.

2016 Upper Saucon Township Budget
The Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors have made the proposed budget for the 2016 calendar year available for public review (available here and in person at the Township Building). The Supervisors will adopt the 2016 Budget at a public meeting on Monday, December 21. You may review the following budget-related information:

Public Notice: Auditor Appointment
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township intends to appoint the certified public accounting firm of Reinsel Kuntz Lesher, LLP to replace the elected Board of Auditors for the purpose of conducting an examination of all the accounts of Upper Saucon Township for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015. This appointment shall be made by a Resolution to be adopted by the Board of Supervisors at a public meeting to be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 6:30 PM in the Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA.

Public Notice: 2016 Township Budget
The proposed 2015 Annual Budget of Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, PA, is available for public inspection at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA 18034 during normal business hours. Final adoption of the 2016 Budget will be considered at the regular meeting of the Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 6:30 PM at the Upper Saucon Township Municipal Building.

Homeland Security Victim Notification Program
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a program to ensure that the rights of victims are carefully observed. The Victim Notification Program allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable and timely information regarding a criminal alien's release from custody. In order to be notified, you must register at the following website:



Upper Saucon Township has been working with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to notify residents about the possibility of radon in area homes. The DEP has a number of publications for residents to refer to regarding this matter. They are available on the DEP's website, as well as in our front lobby. Additionally, more information can be obtained by calling 1-800-23-RADON.

Pursuant to UST Ordinace 160, solicitation and peddling

Prescription BottlePrescription Drug Drop-Off Box
The Upper Saucon Township Police Department is proud to announce the installation of a permanent drop-off box for unused medications. The box is located in the lobby of the Police Dept., and is available for free, anonymous drop-offs Monday - Friday, from 8AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM.

Township residents can dispose of leaves and other yard waste at the Liberty Road Drop-off Center.  Click here to see when the Drop-off Center is open.
